Elisabeth had to wait a few weeks for her birthday party this year, because I was away visiting her cousin Christopher. When we got around to it, though, it was a great success. Elisabeth and all her friends had a wonderful time running in and out of the tent in the backyard, dressing up, eating, and playing.

There were a lot of weddings in the tent, I hear, and I believe several people got married more than once. Lise, who is five, decided that the best husband available was Connor, who is one, so she snatched him up before anyone else could.
